Welcome! Join me and flow into your fierce feminine energy on August 5th. We will begin with a grounding, stretchy yoga class to get you feeling deeply connected with your breath and body. After yoga I will teach a fun dance routine suitable for all levels on the the pole! This is a great combination of getting fit and having fun will doing it 🤩 Snacks and drinks will be provided but we encourage you to bring your own stuff and/or share potluck style 💕 there will be a raffle to close out a divine evening with fellow goddesses 💝
